Troubleshooting login and account issues

1. Check Your Login Credentials Double-check your email address and password for typos or case sensitivity. Make sure Caps Lock is not enabled on your keyboard. If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password to reset it.

Clear Your Browser Cache & Cookies

Old or corrupted cookies and cache may prevent the site from working properly. Here’s how to clear them: For Google Chrome: Click the three dots in the top right corner > Settings Go to Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files Click Clear data For Safari (Mac): Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy Click Manage Website Data Search for jaequip.com and click Remove All For Firefox: Click the three lines in the top right corner > Settings Go to Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data Click Clear Data After clearing, refresh the page and try logging in again.
